Stress Free Return Policy

Your satisfaction with your shopping experience on Green Living Now™ is very important to us. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will refund both the purchase price and the original shipping cost to you, and pay to have the product returned to us. We believe in the quality of the products that we sell. Iif you are not happy with a product we will refund the purchase price. Please email us before you return the product at: returns@greenlivingnow.com and let us know what the problem is. Merchandise, unless defective or damaged, is to be returned at the customer's expense. We cannot accept returns after 30 days.

Shipping Policy

At this point we are only able to ship packages to locations in the continental United States.

Typically the products warehoused by Greenlivingnow.com are sent out the following business day after the order comes in. If any problems occur such, as backorders or delays, we will immediately notify you via email. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive.

A few products that greenlivingnow.com offers, such as the water filters and the mushroom growing kits, are "drop-shipped" directly from the manufacturer. Generally, these products will ship within 48 hours after the order is received. The vendors we use are excellent companies and they do their best to get their products to you quickly. Once in awhile, just like in life, problems do happen, such as: manufacturing problems, raw material shortages, seasonal sales and other factors. If any unusual delays occur, we will notify you via email as soon as we are made aware of the problem.
