Please note: The Organic Food Blueprint course referenced in the video is now called, Clean Eating Mastery.
Real Knowledge. Real Results. No Greenwashing.
Expert-guided courses for women ready to stop guessing
and start living with clarity, confidence, and a touch of elegant green rebellion.
You're already paying attention to your health.
You read labels, you buy organic when you can, you've gone down enough rabbit holes to know that something is off — with the food system, with the products on store shelves, with the information you're being given.
But knowing something is wrong and knowing exactly what to do about it are two very different things.
That gap between awareness and confident action is exactly what these courses are designed to close.
It's not about fear or adding to your overwhelm.
And, it's not about a shopping list of expensive swaps that make you feel guilty every time you can't follow through.
It's about real clarity and a framework that you can actually use.
And with the kind of deep, honest education that turns a vague sense of concern into lasting, meaningful change.
What becomes possible when you have the right knowledge:
- You stop second-guessing every purchase and start trusting your own judgment.
- You walk into a grocery store and actually understand what you're looking at.
- You create a home that supports your health instead of quietly undermining it.
- You become the person in your family and community who knows — really knows — how to live this way.
That's what these courses deliver. And there's nothing else quite like them.

WHY NOTHING ELSE QUITE COMPARES
There are plenty of wellness courses out there.
Most of them give you a swap list, a meal plan, or a 30-day challenge — and leave you on your own when the 30 days are up.
These are different in ways that matter:
The source is irreplaceable Amy has 34+ years of firsthand experience — not as an influencer who discovered clean living recently, but as someone who has lived it, farmed it, taught it, written about it, and refined it since 1992. Well, even longer than that.
She tech-edited Green Living for Dummies. She led a nonprofit founded by Seventh Generation. She's an upcoming TEDx speaker. HGTV featured her farm. This is not a side project — it's a life's work.
You'll understand the why, not just the what
Most courses tell you what to buy and what to avoid. These courses teach you how to think — so you can evaluate any product, any label, any health claim, for the rest of your life. That's a skill no shopping list can give you.
Honest about complexity
The wellness world loves false certainty, Amy doesn't.
When the science is evolving, she'll tell you.
When the answer depends on your situation, she'll help you think it through.
That intellectual honesty is rare — and it's what makes the education stick.
Built for real life, not an ideal one
No perfectionism, no all-or-nothing, just 1–1.5 hours a week and a realistic, judgment-free path forward — wherever you're starting from.
It evolves as the science does
Course updates are free for life. As research changes and new information emerges, so does your education.

PERSONAL WELCOME FROM AMY
I didn't arrive at this work by accident.
I grew up with a mother passionate about nutrition and a stepfather who was a chef. A summer job at a health food store at 16 planted seeds I didn't fully understand yet.
And when I was pregnant and picked up a nontoxic baby book in that same kind of store, something clicked that never clicked back.
That was 1992. Thirty-four years later, that single aha moment has rippled out through an organic farm, a podcast, a TEDx stage, a nonprofit, a book, and countless kitchens, classrooms, and communities.
I created these courses because I've watched too many smart, health-conscious women spend years confused and misled — by labels, by marketing, by a system that profits from their uncertainty.
You deserve better. These courses are what I wish had existed when I was starting out.
Welcome to the elegant green rebellion. — Amy
