By accessing or using this website (greenlivingnow.com), enrolling in any of our courses, booking a farm tour, downloading our resources, or participating in our community, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Introduction Green Living Now, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides online educational courses, farm tours, retreats, and related resources aimed at helping individuals adopt a healthier, more sustainable, and toxin-free lifestyle.
2. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including text, images, videos, course materials, downloads, and branding — is the intellectual property of Green Living Now, LLC and is protected by copyright law. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without prior written permission.
3. Use of This Website You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, use the site in any way that may damage or disrupt it, or post or transmit anything harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate access to anyone who violates these terms.
4. Course Enrollment & Access
Access Timeframes Course-only enrollment provides 12 months of access from the date of purchase. Course + Community + Live Group Calls enrollment includes 12 months of course access, 6 months of community access, and 3 months of weekly live group calls. Extensions may be available for an additional fee — details will be provided prior to expiration.
Optional Upgrades Students may upgrade to higher-tier options within the first few months of enrollment at a discounted rate. Details and pricing are provided within the course.
Course Availability We reserve the right to update or discontinue any course at our discretion. Enrolled students will be notified in advance of significant changes.
5. Refund Policy — Courses
Your Nontoxic Kitchen, Reimagined (5-Day Reset) This course is non-refundable once accessed, given the nature of the short-format daily content.
All Other Courses We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If within the first 30 days you decide the course isn't the right fit, you may request a full refund — provided you have not accessed more than 30% of the content. To request a refund, contact us at amy@greenlivingnow.com.
6. Farm Tour Booking & Cancellation Policy
Deposits A deposit is required to secure your farm tour date. For standard bookings, a 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. For groups of 15 or more, or for bookings made 6 or more months in advance, a 50% deposit is required within 14 days of booking confirmation.
Balance Due For standard bookings, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the tour date. For international groups or large group bookings, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the tour date.
Cancellations by Guest
90+ days prior to tour: full deposit refunded
60–89 days prior: 50% of deposit refunded
Under 60 days: deposit non-refundable
Under 30 days: full balance owed regardless of whether tour has occurred
Cancellations by Green Living Now In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule. We will notify you as early as possible and offer a full refund or rescheduled date at your preference.
Weather Policy Vermont weather is part of the Vermont experience. Light rain does not cancel a tour. Amy will be in touch directly if conditions require rescheduling.
7. Health & Wellness Disclaimer The information provided on this website and in our courses is for educational purposes only and is not intended as medical, legal, or professional advice. 9. Code of Conduct By participating in any Green Living Now course or event, you agree to interact respectfully with instructors and other participants. Harassment, offensive behavior, or abuse will result in removal from the course or event without a refund.
